Whereas the PMCFG forms were prevoiusly provided in a faxable format, we find that the interactive forms allow a more rapid means of input of data.  You can easily select from a variety of choices by simply clicking on the desired radio button or checkbox.  At the end of the form, a validation process informs you of missing data and offers you the choice of completing the input or of submitting the data as is.  This way, we offer you the best chances of submitting complete data sets.

The design of the PMCF forms are heavily influenced by the design of the CAVIAAR study.  In fact, the data that will be retrieved by CORONEO's PMCF may complement the and be comparable to the data extracted form the CAVIAAR study.

We take the PMCF of the Extra-Aortic annuloplasty ring very seriously and actively plan improvements to the product and surgical technique based on the data retrieved from the PMCF and from feedback obtained directly from the users.  Aortic valve repair is rapidly being adopted thanks in large part to the promise of a standardized technique that is attractive to the cardiac surgery community at large.  Introducing improvements to the product and the addition of new tools that facilitate the accurate evaluation and repair of aortic valves will benefit the reliability of the surgical technique and patient outcome, and PMCF will contribute to this development.
